This was by design of the founding fathers as well for security of the country not only from within but from without - knowing that a man/woman who would have the freedom to obtain a firearm in defense of self and property would result in an armed populace massively greater in size than any possible standing army in the world.

However, in the past 4 weeks this woman has called the police at least 8 times complaining on everything from loud noise at 4AM in the morning to someone pulling fowers ot of her flower bed. people in my house are pulling flowers out of her flower bed.

Having said that, if she is on the mortgage, it may be in her best interest to do the short rather than completely trash her credit, but you know what they say about a woman scorned.
