Additionally for anyone outside the Vancouver market, is this a possible North American/Canadian wide trend that could be implemented going forward ultimately eliminating the business of being an RE Wholesaler?

Due to local town ordinance I could only put 12 wide homes in.

There is a wide range of owner occupant and investor buyers, so I wouldn't focus too tightly on one niche when you get started.

The rent seems about right for KC. it's a big metro area with wide swings but that seems close to me.
