I'm wondering what people's best experiences with low flow are, reliability, durability, best brands, savings seen, and if I should avoid the extreme low gpf toilets for water savings (0.6-0.8 gpf).

I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience in this area. 

In my experience that's not actually the case at least in legitimate evictions for non-payment of rent or breach of another part of the lease.  

I respect the experience here and am eager to contribute as I grow.

Out of curiosity would anyone be willing to share any experience with non-paying renters who've vacated the property prematurely?

In my experience, most agents are lazy and don't put in a lot of effort (maybe they just do RE part time). 

I have over 30 years professional experience so not taking anything personal.You have corrected nothing. 

Lastly, don't be too hasty to move out-of-state until you have some experience.
