Starbucks has the ability to select upcoming neighborhoods for their stores to be built due to the fact they have a team specifically for this reason by using demographic and property data , buying up these locations before home prices increase in value with the average home within a quarter mile of a Starbucks rises in property value by 96% don't quote me on this, I heard all of this from a YouTube video so I was wondering if any fellow real estate investors have any evidence that this theory is true so we all could piggy back off this by looking into future Starbucks stores being built?

I am reading the books, watching the YouTube videos, listening to podcasts, only thing left to do is physically meet like minded people.

Channel all applicants to walk the property with your father at the agreed upon time and date.  

Record a video as I enter the rental, documenting it exactly how I found it.2.

But I also don't want the responsibility of paying for monthly monitoring/wifi, etc or tenants wanting to look at video, etc. 

Then we can post that video here to prove how stupid you really are. 

Started building a team around 2014, retired from my W2 in 2015 and got licensed as an agent on a team. 5 years ago I started my own team and we are now top 1% in Milwaukee, I also host a YouTube channel about Milwaukee real estate and I am on the board or the rental property association of Wisconsin, responsible for marketing. 

He was calling to report that he has repeatedly found his roommate watching adult videos on the TV in their shared living room, and more recently walked in on him in a similar state in their shared kitchen.I'm unsure of how to approach this one.
