I do see many companies moving away from those traditional advertising venues.

Therefore, we can simply follow the money.Parks, biking trails, restraints, movie theatres, music venues, and others simply put: A class areas have greater options than B and the B areas have more than the C.

Great event and venue! 

when in fact it was to keep what they made and get to a venue where collection will be next to impossible for anyone but the govmit.

Add to that all the amusement parks, zoos, ocean, sports teams and venues, shopping, etc. and it's probably one of the top destinations for vacation getaways, as it's a very well rounded draw. 

Also,  i have only spoke to one real estate agent, and wondering if u should speak to multiple, or find other venues to also look, or if this would be in bad taste.

Anyway, it's another venue for you, if you're interested. 

Often the venue will be filled with people standing room only yet only 10-12 will actually bid & some on many.

They might pay more attention to you/offer a resolution if you continue to document your experience with them on different online venues.
