Suggest fixes i know of for barking dogs , such as classical music, comfort zone plug ins, thunder shirts...

I lived out in the country and worried about snakes and scorpions.

Can I float an owl or snake balloon up into the tree and scare off the birds?

A cat or a chihuaha is OK.....A Rotweiller or Pit Bull or Snake is NOT OK.Always ask how many people will potentially live at the unit....You don't want the mother, and grandma, and 4 kids living in the 3 bedroom 1 bath unit.....whatever number they say...always mentally add one more person to that.Regarding Deposits and Application Fees.........If (before they even fill out the application for the background check) they say I don't want to pay $45.00 for a deposit fee if I'm not going to get approved .....that's a red flag.     

The water costs absolutely nothing in comparison to what I cost with a snake and a bad temper.

I called the plumer who attemped to snake the toilet but was unsucessful as there was something stuck in the toilet so firmly that he was unable to move it.

I'd double check vents, and perhaps take a snake camera to the drains within the kitchen.  

When, all that it really needed was to be snaked. 

I don't think a service or emotional support animal is required to have any vet review, but you should be able to request verification they are up-to-date on shots, etc.Emotional support animals can be cats, fish, snakes or any other variety of animal.

I get specific in some cases no pets including dogs, cats, snakes, reptiles or rodents......You could also allow pets on a case by case basis.
