The only reason why I would still consider purchasing a place in OC that doesn't have good cash flow is because I hope appreciation later on will suffice.

If you have a good GC/Builder who has done many of these, that will often suffice for experience.

Do-able but not practical.I own 5 different trailers each serving a specific purpose but for most a single low bed utility trailer would more that suffice for material and other items.

One policy might suffice but I haven’t dabbled in VR markets on the buyers side as of yet.
