Most mold can be cleaned with a simple bleach solution and is not the deadly strain people think it is.Once the issue is fixed, you don't need to mention it.

I bet if you spend your time focusing on that while you are tightening your belt, your credit will be good enough to get some help on your first deal and hopefully that will start your boulder rolling down hill. 

So think about that and tighten up those numbers and set up a worse case scenario of rent numbers and make sure your still cash flowing.

That will further complicate/strain the process.

Typically something that can cause a lot of churn with Plexs any way, and triply so when you add an ADU, is strained parking.

But again, they may have tightened their belt for the same reasons as conventional lenders. 

@Jose BeltranI agree with the others try other lenders, but things are tightening up.  

Less commuting means less strain on people and our environment.
