Expect a tenant turn over when you push.The problem with the community is the non enforcement of community rules and a low quality tenant base that does not have  very high social standards.

I check my tenant's social media first after our initial phone interview. 

Both of their names are still on the docket as owners of the property.I've called US Bank and they won't talk to me without an account and/or social security number.
