More and more studies are showing the age shift will affect the housing market.

I currently work an overnight shift where some nights I have about 30 minutes of work then 7.5 hours to myself and other nights I have the whole 8 hours to myself.

For a crash to happen, a major occurrence needs to happen, i.e. interest rates need to climb dramatically (which is not likely since the Fed would be shooting themselves in the foot with that), a major supply/demand shift would need to be pending, or a huge financial crisis.

This has been a career shift for me and I don't have a database of contacts.

The real estate industry is likely just at the beginning of a significant shift towards greater use of data and data-driven decision making.
