Hi @Mackenzie Lopez,If you read our Terms of Use page under "Removal of Content" - BiggerPockets does not remove UGC simply because the Original Poster (OP) requests that it be removed.

The more questions and request for proof you ask, the better!

Not only could Azibo's team not figure out why the invoices weren't created correctly, but their only solution to reconcile the payments on the back end was to keep the full month's rent on the books and request a new payment from the tenants for the security deposit!

This dually provides evidence and reassurance to the buyer of hard anticipated costs and a written estimate to support and help validate the buyers request to the sellers. 

@John Asher  For my last new mortgage, they requested copies of bank statements / cashed checks for all rental properties I own - all don't report to my credit (some are small banks that don't report, others seller finance). 

I requested a copy of the fee breakdown so I can see what all is being charged and I have some ideas about how to move forward.
