The property is in Georgia, and the current rent is $950.00 for the property.  

I also am not a US resident and do not qualify for conventional mortgages on my properties in the USA. 

See if there are cash-flowing properties to be acquired…. in less desirable neighborhoods I suppose (Glen Burnie, Dundalk?

Do you also have properties in the Smokies?

That's a good amount saved up to buy quite a bit of property on the east coast.

I currently have two properties that I bought and held but this was before I seriously considered getting into real-estate, and now that I am looking to get more serious, I am a little nervous.  

I am looking to invest in single/duplex/triplex/qudraplex rental property. 

The biggest issues is getting vendors out there when repairs are needed and property management.
