Advise that the property has never been tagged by law or code enforcement as a drug production property and that their concerns are unfounded. 

There are not many LOC products available for investment properties.

To the extent you borrow money to invest it has some influence… but not on the products you invest in, but rather your ability to borrow to invest in those products.  

I am not a burn-the-boats type of person, and I am more productive with a backup plan.

I change the wording in my lease it seems like every week to line up with a particular process or maybe increase a fee etc.
