James Carollo Is it harder to find contractors? Skilled trade shortage?
30 October 2019 | 38 replies
I see a lot of young people now sharply questioning why they should expect to worship at the holy temple of the great and might god MOPM (Making Other People Money) their whole life in order to be "professionally fulfilled," when they're surrounded by broke, unhappy people desperately trying to pretend they're affluent.I think it's become impossible to go to a college fair anywhere, see how much money a traditional four-year teritary education costs, and not wonder if it's a scam, not question the whole mess.I hope to be part of the change I believe is coming.

1 November 2019 | 35 replies
My experience with the published rental rates are decent...mainly because the rates are based on data that is entered right on Zillow by landlords that are trying to rent their units....very common place to advertise units for rent, so the landlord puts up the ad and the rent..... the info isn't being pulled from 20 different sources and estimated. But the best way to check rental rates is to visit all the sites you would visit if you were looking for a unit....pretend your are looking for a place to rent and start pulling up the rates for available units in the area.

Ed Franklin with Manchester Capital LLC will ask for money up front for an "appraisal and administrative service fee" and offer you a very promising, yet too good to be true interest rate and will turn around and give you nothing but stall tactics and pretend like he has health problems and turn down your deal but try to keep the money saying your deal did not "qualify."
