I predict we will see less transactions.  

I am eventually predicting a massive lending freeze on most loans which will cause prices to drop as no one is buying.

This tyranny was so obvious and easily predicted by the lawmakers who formed the constitution that it was referenced DIRECTLY in the 5th Amendment "...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

They may be obvious in hindsight, but at the time you couldn't have necessarily predicted where the market would go.Also since this was meant as a place for your mom, I think you can be forgiven for being a little particular and wanting to get something just right for her :)

no one is worried about foreclosure that i manage for to this point but it is hard to predict the next few months. 

It's about how experts are terrible at making predictions even in their own fields.

Though most figured some sort of market correction was coming, no one could have predicted this virus and everyone is suffering the consequences.

now it may he short lived and I hope it is and it may not affect you as much but it’ll still be a recession.There are plenty of articles and people who predict this stuff based on the data.
