Currently, they use the "apartment" for B's "work from home" office area, the laundry area, a 4th bedroom area, & and this year, they added a 3/4 bathroom (sink, pot, & shower-only, no tub).

The other thing we push is always be looking..when you think you have enough techs you stop looking but always be running that ad and if you come across someone quality hire that additional one for bench strength cause you know someone will leave sooner then later.

View CA  sitting in the corner working on picnic benchs along with all the other start up folks it was pretty interesting set up the guy who owned the building had going on there. but the guys that started it were/ are smart  lawyer from CA berkley  but not a lot of real estate lending expeirnce .and when the hype got going they had far to much money being thrown at them.. deals would go up and be crowdfunded in a matter of 15 minutes so investor had no way of doing any due diligence..
