What does possession have to do with ownership?

I've always found discipline in the gym and never like working for others- I always felt smarter than the boss. believe I possess a unique view of the world and I cant express my full potential working 9-5 with no challenge.

Are there still personal possessions in the house? 

I was so excited because I think I bought a good deal - cash flows well, bought under the appraised value, most of the units are recently renovated, new roof, new a/c units, etc...That being said, an hour after closing I was alerted that a child in one of the units suddenly passed away in the middle of the night the night before the property was in my possession.  

Having said that, the language of the contract is fairly clear.Just my 1 1/2 cents.noun: lien; plural noun: liensa right to keep possession of property belonging to another person until a debt owed by that person is discharged.

My sister is in possession of my late grandparents home.

If they don't want to prove they are who they say they are, why in the heck would you let them take physical possession of an asset of yours worth several hundred thousand dollars?!
