[side rant] - I'm also of the opinion though that if you don't at least try it on your own then you'll never have an appreciation for how convoluted our tax code is and you end up believing the hype that certain TV Celebrities turned Politicians cheat on their taxes which leads to bad decisions in the voting booth (not to get all political or anything).I do appreciate your feedback and suggestions though and I hope there's no offense.

And then theres always that need for politicians to justify their existence.Its still a great deal if you like the neighborhood.

In an effort to advance their agenda, many politicians really don't give a damn what the law may be, they only want the result, and they know that most of the time they will not be sued.

I really don't like those that scam others in anything.So, hope that takes care of your concerns with me, Joe, I have never been a good politician, heck, I have a tough time being tactful sometimes much less playing political games with any banker or anyone else.Now, let's get back on topic

Not a federal offense you say.... no, not today, but it sure will be once it's a big deal and politicians are running to look good, and just remember the words "retroactive".

In some states fractionalized interests in notes is illegal unless the parties are registered or institutional lenders, where it is lawful it probably shouldn't be, but you never know what some state representative politician might be involved in either. :)     

There must be some sort of competition going on among these politicians to see who can come up with a bill to give away the most amount of other people’s money.

Don't know that one............I belong to the  Wa LL Association and that has been outstanding..........support, advice, they lobby politicians, forms, meetings in non covid times etc.

I think we should start looking in to Lawyers & politicians (on the local level at first).
