While it has an attached garage and small shared driveway with the townhouse next door, i'm pretty sure the next door neighbor will not take well to a dumpster parked by his/her car.Any insights on what i should do with the reno trash?

I received an email with "unpaid" taxes from the county along with a lengthy explanation that the attachment is not delinquent (after I asked specifically) taxes owners. 

So we put up a lockable mailbox attached to a post on our porch and it's worked out really well. 

Unless is subsidized.. this is another reason the south especially places like Texas are growing they build for half of what it cost us.. when I Have to spend.. just under 100k before I have even bought the land to take dirt to make it shovel ready and go vertical.. there is no way we can sell homes for less than about 350k in this market.. starter homes are the older fixers or some townhouse attached housing that the big builders IE Lennar can slap up.. they can build cheaper than us of course.

If the property is attached to a lot that is a good size and the property is 2,030 sqft sitting on 0.44 acres; are you only going by the sqft of the multifamily or the lot itself?
