Hello, my fellow BiggerPockets enthusiasts,I am new here and discovered BiggerPockets through an Audiobook I was listening to.

They have enough on their plate and helping some newbie get in the game isn't going to be high on their priority list (or on it at all).You've probably read some books and listened to podcasts and they said you need to build your team to be successful.

For the past 8 years, I've faced numerous struggles while trying to establish a new life on my own.

Been a long time listener, hoping to finally get started within the next year or sooner.

Definitely NOT Class A and rarely Class B.We struggle with newbie investors that buy a Class B rental and fix it up real nice - but they've listened to some fake guru online about S8 and want us to put them in their nicely fixed up property.

From automatic marketing on numerous rental sites, to the amazingly detailed background check and the user friendly platform for both the prospective tenants and myself my experience has been great.

Turned into something much bigger.Ultimately, listen to your gut and follow your values.Good Luck my friend!
