Is there a workout facility nearby or a workout room?

When I look online I see nearby duplexes that have sold at a price that would substantiate my value in the $180k-$200k range. 

.- As far as why it has not sold, you could ask nearby landlords with vacant units to tour their properties and ask about your property and the neighborhood.  

I am targeting Western, MA specifically, however I am open to others from MASS as well as nearby associates.

Details: North SJ, near the future BART station, town home, 2BD/2.5BA - 2 master bed rooms, low HOA and well maintained, near future developments and another town home complex to be built nearby, ~1100 sq. feet, decent school district (Piedmont High School, 4/5, 10/10 on Redfin), 1 car garage and 1 carport w/a private patio, close to Target and other shopping areas, laundry downstairs and in the building.

I want to invest in rentals in nearby towns to increase my savings and equity; this could put me in a better position to afford a home in/near San Francisco in a few years.

Then sober homes started opening nearby.

Denver has seen some pretty meteoric rises in housing and rental prices and that seems like it ripples into the nearby CS market.
