Hi, I'm Samad I currently live in NJ but I purchased a REO in Rocky Mount NC I completed the work using my personal funds from windows floors HVAC etc... but the Market is dragging or is that I lack the knowledge to sell I listed with realtor the house have been on the market for almost 1year now and currently renting but my plan was cash out and buy more but it seems its not working is there anything that I missed or am I doing something wrong?

Next time I would add a wall mounted thermostat to control the heat cycle.You could run CSST to the firebox but I would advise a black pipe interface within the firebox as it gets very hot within.

The heat is all electric baseboard with one room with under floor heating on slab and one with an electric wall mount toward the ceiling The electric company got an 12% increase but really this is more then that and the cost is over the top.

@Aaron Montague Yes, electric resistance heaters are generally baseboard, but they are also available in wall-mount versions.

Areas I have an interest are west side of Westchester (Mount Vernon, Yonkers, Ossining, Peekskill) and parts of Rockland and Orange (Port Jervis, Goshen, Warwick, Haverstraw, etc..) unfortunately at this price point the taxes and property prices aren't in line with the amount of rent generated.
