@Joshua Morales I'm going to restate your goals in a different order to be clear that I understand.  

I understand exactly what you are saying in your post and i completely understand your point of view but, we are a new company and I promise you that we are going to make every single effort to become one of the leading lending providers and we base our morals on family, and community.

I was faced with the same predicament after graduation: bust my *** hustling as a commercial broker, or get a steady 9-5 job working in real estate development. 

His own house is absolute squaller and he doesn't even have an AC in the overbearing Miami heat.I'd also like to mention that he is a lovely, honest and extremely moral human being. 

Its our job to get our marketing out there so we can be there for the seller when they find themselves in such a predicament.

Moral of the story? 

It is just a morals question.The reason we would not want to refinance is because she has a 0% interest loan right now and the way it is worked from Habitat you really cant refinance it.
