Very restrictive regulations have migrated north to south over the last 4-6 years, so while the very Southern Coast is pretty easy right now, you can expect they will get more restrictive like the North Coast over time. 

I think the market has slowed all over the nation, but Florida is still the #1 net migration state in the country.

With the developments and people migrating it helps keep prices stable.

I know everyone says in order to research and find good markets to invest in real estate you should look at good job growth, incomes, migration etc but how exactly do I find out this info?

Hi @Marielva Esteves, great point - seems like corona prompted an increase in domestic travel and migration out of cities into more rural locations. 

Population trends     Is the population growing or shrinking     What is the net migration in and out of the city     What are the age demographics of the population growth  2.  

Migration is incoming from Raleigh, DC, NYC in that order, with outbound searches going to places like Myrtle Beach, Asheville and Charlotte.

What are the migration trends out of California and out of New York?
