I like being an option to a wider pool of guests.

Many states have non-judicial options where if the contract allows for it(most contracts do) then no court involvement is required to foreclose the property.

@Nathan Frost typical for Detroit, that's why we offer our clients several security options, including removing & storing mechanicals when vacant and then reinstalling day tenant moves in.What makes you think the seller will install new mechanicals?

That gives you options to expand, hold, or sell land if the income isn't there.

I self-manage, but I understand that's not a practical option for most people.

And the menus and sub menus and configuration options to view the stats are confusing and different on laptop or phone 🙈Is anyone getting any benefit from the Airbnb stats???

I think there are better options out there - particularly cards that offer cash back and other perks.
