As far as cash flow this will be challenging with 7% interest rates.

However, being worried about finding a qualified tenant in the winter certainly wouldn't be an issue here... the demand for rentals is so high.

A few I found some information about (mainly to stay away from them as they changed the rates/terms at the last minute), and one had a bunch of fake reviews on the BBB site, but the others I cannot find any information about as far as customer satisfaction.

Before making any recommendations.... what are you seeking as far as year appreciation and cash on cash return?
