As for your deposit, whether you have any contingencies determines if that is refundable or not and for how long.Generally speaking, "as is" doesn't mean no inspections and no contingencies, though a lot of people interpret it as such.

His statement (I made it relatively easy to view the transcript of his interview for the purpose of allowing forum members to see for themselves what his actual statements were, rather than having to rely on my abridgements and interpretations), that he "...only has a high school degree..." shows his standard methodology in doing business as well.I have a "certificate of completion" from the trade school that I went to.

If one reads IRS rules literally, than almost nothing can be expensed and have to be capitalized.Let me ask you, possibly rhetorical question, Am I crazy, interpreting the rules that way?
