Although the user interface appears a little dated compared to Lodgify and Your Porter, the functionality was there and the thing that sold me was their user forums.

I have been a mint user for over 10 years now, and I use this to track my personal spending.

With the internet these days you can find people to help, the real key is having a team on the ground for quick response if needed. 

You’ll receive notifications when there is conversation in the forums you follow or if a user mentions those keywords—so keep them updated often!

I did visit one lot (construction not yet started) in SW Florida for which I found no deragotary information during my Internet research, but when I drove through the neighborhood, it looked problematic.
