This really doesn't seem that crazy...There is quite a bit of work here:Existing slate roof demolition - this is going to be very labor intensive to remove & hauloff (~$1 to $3k just in demo)Installing the new architectural roof is probably around $8 to 10K ($300 to $350/sq)The Flat Roof is probably another $2 to $4kPlus stucco on the chimney?

@Matthew Allen the key if you plan to hold the property, you need to work out what work it needs and add that to the cost.
