I was just thinking about this today as I was driving home: the federal government has implemented an evection freeze in effect until December 31, 2020 for all tenants claiming to be adversely affected by COVID-19.

There are many others with similar interests, to one degree or another.I'm open to the space, have the projects where we could implement some of the concepts on a decent scale, but don't know enough to really apply it. 

If I implemented the above strategy, would I have to pay the state of California $800 for each of the 3 Wyoming LLCs, or just for the one Wyoming LLC Holding Company (tax filing entity)?

I am not exactly positive how to implement that method but I am certainly going to be trying to figure it out. 

Zoning and Land use policy is (and should always be) regulated at the State and/or local level, the Fed would at best simply be incentivising States to implement ADU legislation.

I have seen news articles saying the new law will be 'implemented' in March 1st, 2022.

Underwrite the properties you evaluate and look at your actual projected returns by implementing your business plan (renovating, raising rents, repositioning, etc)
