There are a lot of people out there with expensive cable packages they don't watch, gym memberships they haven't used in months, car insurance they haven't shopped around in 10 years, etc.

Pool, gym, rooftop deck, business centers, bike parking, and all the bells and whistles.

You aren't going to get better at life alone, it takes people, and you need to start working to meet the ones who's goals align closely to yourseducation. you can learn in the car, at the gym, when you go to sleep, and when you're in the shower. podcasts are free and audiobooks are cheap/freereducing overhead. look you can live strapped now and forever, or you can live a little more strapped now but start funding your future. it's only hard at first to cut expenses, the rewards add up quick though. time to get tough as ****

This community will have a pool, gym, main office, and security. 

Then, it's sleep in, go to the gym, travel, chill, maybe flip for something to do, and repeat.  

Poor kid at heart here- give me a good gym to spend my evenings in and a couple comfy chairs in my backyard and all is well.

@Krystin Aversa There are guys (this is mostly or exclusively a male thing) who spend a lot of time at the gym working on their biceps and pay no attention to their legs. 

The HOAs include a dock, a gym, a clubhouse, trash, pest control, grilling area, a pool, and more. 

Perhaps someone will make sleek, cool mobile home parks that millinials will find sheek and hip, with awesome amenities, swimming pools, gyms, bars and coffee shops in the premises!

Each will have different primer amenities: one a home theater; one a pool; one a gym.
