I sat in on investor Due Diligence meetings with the heads of all departments, learning how leasing was done, property management, bank financing, corporate finance and budgeting, etc.

Now, 45% of investors believe the economy could head toward stagflation.Now, does this mean we are headed to a crash, bang, scary, violent, bad, awful, wrong, impossible, disastrous, hate, worst, hell…. fill in the media headline hyperbole…problem?

Previously I had my head in a different direction and now I would like to start learning how to do these activities to provide a better life for my wife and daughter.

On the top of my head there are different ways of managing your multifamily properties, (7-12 units) I am curious as to your experience of how to best manage it in a B to C class neighborhood.  1. 

I've found with my own experience with my parents the older the attorney is,  the less "evolved", so just a heads up to arm yourself with background on this in order to ask the right questions. 

Unfortunately once you head into the suburbs the higher taxes really eat into cash flow. 

Perhaps when they did the renewal of a line of credit for a business customer, they saw signs that the business might be heading South.

@Paul Novak, There are a couple of things to strategically consider for the direction you want to head.1.

I prefer STR instead, which is more work, more head aches, but also more money haha.
