Very interesting topic and inspirational, I am newbe and at the phase that I had read enough books and listen to podcasts and attend local meet ups that I feel now I am hitting a Plato that need start my next level and that is looking at MLS and start analyzing deals, I know finding good deals from MLS is hard but at least it will give me the vision of the numbers.

I myself am on episode 101 currently, so I'll be caught up within the next month or so :-) Yeah I am super stoked to get the ball rolling and I wanted to shout out to the folks that help inspire newbie real estate investors like myself to get off the procrastination couch and just DO IT!

Most importantly be genuine, respectful, and walk away when the seller(s) aren't wanting any part of your offer. 

It's been very inspiring and motivating to hear everyday people getting into real estate.
