@Amy Conn Unfortunately it's not the Zika virus you have to worry about.  

My electrician got the flu and dropped the ball on me for some of my jobs.

I am home from work with the flu, I doubt the tenants want me to come over to look at it anyway. 

It very well could be your computer has a virus from another source that activates an ad when you are browsing the web.

I just moved here right before the virus so its kind of hard to get a good feel for the environment right now.

@Shawn Holsapple Those flip2freedom links have some kind of virus script on them, as it set my avast AV off.

I am working with a property manager I like and we originally had rent at $1750 - then the virus hit which had slowed down the interest a bit. $1750, after withholding expenses and fees would be a comfortable cashflow after analysis.

New to the area so we don’t have any solid connections yet, especially with this dang virus keeping us locked up!

She is not interested in having a bunch of people traipse through her space right now especially since the virus is still active in NYC.
