I have  been investing since end of 2015- although in fewer platforms than yourself- (Pol, RM, RS, FtF and Acquire. )- On the one hand multiple platforms gives one access to diverse opportunities and there is always something available, but on the other hand the portfolio also begins to become a bit unwieldy to manage.As an investor with experience in so many different platforms it would be interesting to hear your opinion as to comparing their strengths/weakness, advantages/disadvantages.

Portfolio lenders and commercial lenders that do no have a seasoning requirement nor a max number of loans, although their terms are not as desirable as Fannie / Freddie.Here's my question: if the investor has not maxed out his Fannie / Freddie loan slots, is there any disadvantage to first dealing with a portfolio lender or commercial lender and conducting many BRRRRs in a short amount of time, taking that approach as far as you can, and then moving on to conventional Fannie / Freddie loans?

Disadvantage is that there is much BP thought to the effect that owning anything free and clear is bad because you aren't leveraged as much as you could be.3) If the prelim comes back showing what has been described, brokering to Bank of Internet or another similar portfolio lender.
