Was the extension on the finance component signed by all parties?  

I understand selling syndication, or investing software is a component of the content.

We purchased the kit from Jet Utilities and had to hire a separate plumbing service to come out and install the components.

This coinvestment is what mitigates the risk of the other party taking risks that could be a detriment to the investor.

It also, depends on what you set your vacancy and capital expenditures/repairs percentage at, as well as the components of the mortgage.

This can be risky but if it's a newer home or one that's obviously been well maintained and you've checked the permits to determine the age of the larger components (roof, plumbing, etc.) it might be worth the risk to get in the game. 

I have a decent list of components that I would like learn and understand what their estimates would look like if I had to get them completely fixed or what the purchasing price would be for a new one.

What are the components of this type of deal?
