I started out only doing one rehab at a time, but I have subsequently expanded to currently working on four different rehab projects simultaneously.I have made many mistakes and I have learned countless lessons while rehabbing properties in a very diverse area like Baltimore city in just the last 10 months. 

We lived in Manheim Park for 10 years and while our street was an oasis of beauty and diversity, what we continuously heard was an up & coming neighborhood, never quite hit the mark while we were there (2000-2010).

It is definitely a cultural belief now and, in my opinion, it makes people lazy investors.

Definitely visit, it’s a very vibrant cultural city.  

They have to pack all of their stuff up into a container, move to Netherlands, find a school for their son, find a short-term rental, start a new job in a new country and culture, find a job for his wife, find and buy a new house in a land they have no idea where they would want to live, and generally figure things out in the next month or two. 

Diversity.

There has to be more diversity in Waldorf. 

Tempe has ASU, downtown has a lot of culture and cool historic homes, Chandler is expanding employment n the tech sector ... feel free to shoot me a PM and we can discuss specifics! 

And our current culture of information overload, and consumers wanting absolutely what they want, when they want.....is making transactions much more difficult, and reinforcing the current system.

The communities across the river are diverse; Spanish, older Italian and downtown metropolitan.
