Specifically I think a lot about the smells that travel through the duct work between the units.

It seems like the tenant is being respectful, following the rules, and is not being a problem so I think that is what you would tell any other tenants who ask, as long as you have seen the card.

You’re probably thinking you have to offer asking price – not true!

Rents are high in this town and I think folks just don't sell their multi-family units very often.  

I don't have enough details to know whether it's a good move for you, but I think my numbers work out better when I'm the lead.

Hi Deirdre, I think you need to take both into consideration. 

My wife and I have moments where we think maybe we should just cancel this but then we get excited about the new adventure and path it could put us on if we do move forward with this.

This made it much easier for them in terms of moving as they didn’t have to be rushed.So I don’t “advertise” any incentives, but I do what I think is reasonable if I think they will be good tenants.
