The occupants agreed but unfortunately on the date the transaction was supposed to happen, the occupants went ghost on me.

@Kasondra Milton- hi there ...thanks ...Raised in the fairport area ...live on west coast now ..last summer I had to return to Roch area to help with a family illness  situation ...I stayed in a AIRBNB that was close to Strong hospital for 3 weeks ...in my search for places - I must say I was surprised at the lack of options ( at least at that time ) ...that being said - I agree with your comment about the fact that Greater  Roch  likely  wont  attract a large amount of renters consitently  ( outskirts  like  finger lakes are a diff story ) - thanks and good luck

However, I’ve found that these strategies don’t seem to align with the current real estate market in my country, Pakistan, particularly in Karachi.Here’s an example:A typical 120-square-yard house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms costs around 106,000k ($270-$300 Rent per month).

I guess we could maybe have the builder agree to the cost of the build and if we sell for more or less then the profits would go up and down based upon the selling price.

In fact, a personal guarantee would be irrelevant if pursued in this scenario.This doesn’t happen often, but as lenders, we're leery of doing business with anyone who won’t agree to a guarantee.

I'd agree with mortgage news daily - the "average mortgage rate" generally tracks very very closely with the 10-year treasury yield (+ a somewhat steady spread) - google and yahoo finance on that are pretty handy

Honest ones....agents and investors have no problems with.I don’t necessarily agree, at least not my viewpoint.
