The lenders I have historically worked with have not punished my rates for new construction, cash outs, etc.

Based on my market knowledge, 350k for a new constructions with close to 3k in rent seems like a fairly solid deal for the area.

Another common route is borrowing from private lenders—whether friends, family, or other investors in exchange for a return on their investment, though you should always ensure everything is clearly agreed upon in writing.If you're hesitant to use your savings, a HELOC or hard money loan might be your best bet for accessing the capital you need without dipping into your reserves.

Hi everyone,I started a new construction project in Cape Coral nearly 3 years ago and after very little progress and a few escalations, I've fired the builder.

I sold a beachfront home last year that was ICF constructed in 2000 with a metal roof on concrete pilings and the insurance went up triple what my larger 2019 stick built with shingle roof 6 lots down is.
