I've spent some time looking at property in SW Fla only to conclude that the yields weren't much better than those available in my home market of Boston.

I also am just concluding an apartment investing series on Pillars of Wealth Creation podcast. 

I was wondering what are common problems investors face or time consuming parts of the analysis that all of you do to conclude on whether to buy a property or not?

I've gone through the thread 3 times now and don't see how you've concluded that the members of the site are selfish by their responses to you.As someone with units in many different markets, surely you know, as Amy said, that properties in one part of a state or even a town will cash-flow differently than properties just a few miles away.

On Bankruptcy & Voiding TL: I've got one TL where the owner that has filed Bankruptcy before the Foreclosure of Right of Redemption was concluded, but the TL remains intact while the BK proceeds - I hired an attorney to protect my interests there.

I've always seen asset protection discussed as a choice between an LLC or an umbrella policy; I can't recall seeing discussion of both at once.Don't read my question/comments as concluding your plan isn't sound.

Suneel even considering the taxes it’s quite a stretch to conclude that rent houses in Texas aren’t good investments...

Even if I was atat 100 signs I'm not convinced that would be any more effective and don't havethe time to spend 4-5 hours to put out that many each weekend and then 4-5to take them down.Just wondering what others have concluded on regarding bandit signs?
