My company performs CASp inspections (I do BP in the after hours) our headquarters are located in San Diego so I am very familiar with the climate and accessible building issues here.IF YOU ARE NOT IN CA CASp DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.You do not have to provide a elevator for a two story building IF there are no medical facilities located on the second floor I.E. lab, dentist, and doctor, etc....

My dad and I are not concerned with a detailed contract protecting both parties from each other, as we only need this agreement for the meeting (he is a doctor and can't meet during their business hours).

I would not then suggest that Doctors be trainied and armed, i would suggest that more professional protection be administered and same goes in this instance.The "gun free zone" should apply to the children and the staff, but NOT to the protectors hired which should be police, armed guards, or something similar.

I'm not averse to work, but I am blessed to still have my parents who need increasing amounts of my time and a son with special needs.....so, my aim is to generate cash flow and be able to work it toward a part time job with the flexibility to go to doctor appts, etc.

They tend to go for turn key triple net leased properties or multifamily with a scale and size where they do not have to be actively involved day to day.I find with some of my other clients that are doctor's and attorneys that even though they do not travel much they need more passive investments.If you have 400k and you need 35k to live on annually then you can hit that with a 10 cap on a property.
