I mean to get to 200 a month positive what is that going to do for you.. its not going to change your life.. .and 300 negative is probably not going to affect your life either..

Where do you go to figure out how to change your tire?

FMV changes also with the season.

Mine have formica, but if I needed to make a change I would probably do quartz to increase resale value if I ever decided to sell. 

It may be a seller’s market now; you may want all agents working your deal when that changes to a buyer’s market.  

Also note if the listed rent changes.
