Find a job...apply for section 8....move in with a friend or relative and split the housing and food cost...Go drive a wrecker truck not all are so choosy regarding your past.

Hi Tavis,Live with a roommate in a room vs an apartment = cheaper (or sleep for free at a relatives home).Drive an older car or walk = cheaper.Cook your own meals = cheaper.Have a limited reasonably priced wardrobe = cheaper.Don't drink and don't smoke = cheaper.Have your pay auto-deposited, and then manually move the amounts you need to spend ie. rent and food into another account that has a debit card.

We talk a little bit more, about her job, and such and she tells me that if I do evict her and we can't work anything out, being my tenant is saying that she will have nowhere to go if she is evicted, that they are going to provide her a hotel and give her money for food, etc. 

I wish my grocery store would worry about how much money I make and stop increasing the cost for food.

That could be helping them move, finding them contractors for necessary repairs, ordering food for them and their friends on moving day, etc.The possibilites are only limited to your own imagination!
