I'm an engineering student planning to start a business after graduation.

Just spoke with a business dev rep from BAM today, good conversation, said theyre not worried about rates right now and have plans in place to account for them. 

If you are new, I wouldn't look for a coach off the bat.

I'm from Minnesota and I have a video editing business where I can work from anywhere.

If you ever go down let me know and I can have our plantation foreman walk you thru the business end.  

It is always good business to stay conservative on numbers.  

I just mean to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with their business plan, their operational expertise, and so on, so unless something melts the economy down, it seems as though Brian integrity of the operators is the only remaining variable. 

and at least here in central OH they seem to always be slammed busy.
