Every state has a unique set of laws and regulations regarding the foreclosure process, so your ability to succeed will depend largely on where you're operating.Also, all three of these require advanced skills and background, so I wouldn't necessarily start here.That said, if you do then be sure to get top-notch training and complete deal documentation from folks who have seen at least one full real estate cycle.Rather than specializing so soon in your real estate career, I would instead recommend just getting in front of as many real estate owners with problems.Just getting really good at talking (and listening!)

You can let them know well in advance rent would go up to $X or simply ask to have the unit vacant at closing as it will be close to the end of their lease.

Closing company says the 3 day in advance HUD doesn't apply because it's in an LLC.One of the banks backpaddled on who was listed on the loan after closing on them!

Also, if I receive an application from a renter with a LARGE service dog, am I required to accept it, knowing that the grass in the small patch of lawn will not survive it (I am currently having to resod because of a departing renter's big dog).THANKS in advance.

There’s a medium you can find where the contractor isn’t paying out of his pocket but the customer also isn’t paying too far in advance for work.
