I would be interested to participate.

We are agents, but do not want to participate in those activities.  

My current property manager is wonderful but of course I need to be an active participant in my own business.

If the owner is working to be approved to participate in a short sale program, the mortgage servicer will first make sure they qualify from a financial hardship standpoint, then they will order values (type depends on the type of loan it is, FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, etc.- usually BPOs but sometimes appraisals) and that value will end up determining what offer they will approve.

I think it is good to participate. 

The hard part is finding buyers willing to participate in a 90 fishing expedition while the listing agent tries to figure out what the bank is going to take for the property.

Anyone can watch, and audience participation is encouraged.

While it was corny to participate in the group interactions and reaffirmations, the truth is the method is a highly effective way of learning and frankly I was glad they did it that way.
