There's a reason they have the money to spend on those expensive ad slots!

I'm getting ready to start a new STR and will give this a shot when I've got small empty slots.

Another issue will be identifying expenses vs capitalized expenses and how to "slot" expenses to appropriate accounts and managing any escrow accounts for deposits from tenants (that money isn't yours, it's your liability).

The buses of seniors pumping their SS checks into slots is over for this town and now seems to go to wherever the closest casino is.  

I was looking more for a buy and hold, not a fixer upper but I guess that could work by putting 75k down and using 25k to renovate it.It sounds to me like the partnership is getting the loan and you are the only PG on the loan, if you can find a lender willing to do that.

You can control who gets prime slots and charge premiums, etc.Here is a list of the 3 top manufacturers to my knowledge.

I cant get loan one without a PG..

There are a lot of investors on here in PG and some great meet ups as well. 

I had one lady tell me she lost it all playing slot machines in a trip to Las Vegas (true story) and I wasn't impressed.

Don't use mail boxes, but mail slots in the front that many other do to avoid such problems.
