I don't know, it just seems like sort of a necessity in the south. 

Out of necessity, I rented out the master bedroom and I lived in the other, much smaller bedroom.

Ronald, I appreciate the fact that you recognize the necessity and value of good management.

Not sure where you're you're going to buy something decent for $150k anymore, anywhere in the US...and then there's the necessity to hire PMs Etc, which will eat into your profits....

I do like necessity based retail, but not all retail is the same.  

It was out of necessity rather than any intelligence on my part.

It will also be considered temporary, if it is abandoned within a few years after it is established for reasons other than business necessity.

(I do not understand why but SRO - single room occupancy appears to be looked down on, perhaps for violations historically because people choosing SRO by necessity (instead of those choosing to save money) because they can’t afford a 1 bed or studio apartment might be affiliated with “slumlords”.

As for separate utilities, it does reduce conflict but is nota necessity in CA in order to have tenants pay the utilities.  

Ect..So really look at what you have now and ask yourself is this a necessity do I need this or did I just want it??
