I ran across this forum, read the above posts and found the above link http://www.mylandlordinsurance.com which looked to offer what I needed.

I plan on continuing to build this site until BiggerPockets becomes the next cultural phenomenon.

I ran across a couple of books that describe HOAs, common problems, etc. and a few guides for how home owners can participate or to help understand the purpose of a HOA.

I think I ran across this site a year or 2 ago, but never signed up apparently...I have been active on some other sites, but post volume has been down in some places, so here I am.Looks like lots of the questions I like to spend 2c on...I bought my first rental in 1999 and have been slowly increasing my portfolio since, with a couple reductions due to the crazy market in 05.

Also, I've been pretty good about keeping my credit cards below the 30% mark, but last month I ran it up to 75%.

As he sent me on a wild goose chase yesterday, and wife doesnt want to talk, this may be difficult. however, while I was at town hall I ran into the next door neighbor who also intends to bid on the property and it seems the two have a years long rivalryand truly despise each other.
